General terms and conditions

By making a reservation at Camping Hasenweide, Hasenweide 1, 3775 Lenk i.S., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please note the information regarding booking, stay and cancellation.

1. Reservation

You can book your stay by telephone, e-mail or online. The reservation of a pitch or rental property only becomes binding after confirmation by us. We do not require a deposit for pitches. For rental properties, we require a deposit (of at least one night, amount varies depending on the property) for a definitive booking. The maximum occupancy depends on the respective rental property and ranges from two to five persons. Please note the respective equipment features.

1.1 Bookings by adolescents

Adolescents aged 16 to 18 require written permission from a parent or guardian for their stay, which must be presented upon arrival. If this is not provided, the reservation will be forfeited without entitlement to compensation. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to remain unattended on the site.

2. Preferred pitches

We try to take individual preferences regarding pitch selection into account. However, we reserve the right to assign an equivalent replacement if necessary. A change of pitch does not entitle you to a price reduction or refund. If the rental property is changed, the price of the assigned property applies.

3. Arrival and departure

Arrival and departure are possible at any time during our reception opening hours (8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.). If exceptions are necessary, we will be happy to inform you individually. Please note that arrivals at pitches after 8 p.m. are only possible after prior consultation with the campsite management.

The times for check-in and check-out in rental properties are defined in consultation with the campsite management. Arrivals after 8 p.m. are not possible in rental properties.

There is no minimum stay for pitches and rental properties.

4. Payment

The final bill must be paid on the day of departure at the latest.

4.1 Vouchers

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Late arrival, early departure or no-show (rental properties)

If you have not arrived by 8 p.m. on the day of arrival and have not informed us, your booking for the rental property will be cancelled. In this case, any payments already made will not be refunded. The full booking amount is also payable in the event of early departure or no-show. Arrivals after 8 p.m. are not possible.

6. Tourist taxes

Visitor's tax and accommodation tax must be paid in full; no reduction is possible.

7. Group and school bookings

Groups of eight or more people will receive a separate offer by email on request.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing by email.

Cancellation fees:

• Pitches: no cancellation fees
• Rental properties: free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival, thereafter 100% of the rental price

9. Specification of vehicle and tent sizes

When booking, please provide accurate details of the dimensions of your tent, caravan, motorhome or other vehicles.

10. Pets

A maximum of two pets are allowed per unit. Owners are responsible for ensuring that animals do not disturb other guests and that the grounds remain clean. Pets are not allowed in the sanitary facilities, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs. Animals must not be left unattended on the site, and dogs must always be kept on a leash.

11. Site rules

To ensure harmonious coexistence, site rules apply at the campsite, which are binding for all guests and are displayed in the lounge.

12. Liability

Guests and tenants are liable for any damage they cause, whether intentional or negligent. The campsite management accepts no liability for theft or loss, nor for damage caused by natural events. Any defects must be reported immediately, otherwise the tenant shall be liable for any resulting damage.

13. Data protection

Your personal data will be processed exclusively within the scope of our services and may be used for administrative, statistical or marketing purposes, as well as for the development of new offers. Data processing is carried out in strict confidence and may be passed on to commissioned third parties. (see: Privacy Policy)

14. Insurance and recommendations

We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance and exercise caution during your stay.

15. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Thun, Switzerland.

20. Validity of the terms and conditions

These provisions apply from 1 August 2025.
